Make yourself at home in the guest house's magnificent great room with stone wall fireplace and spiral log stairs to the loft. Spacious rooms have pine-vaulted ceilings and lots of windows for the spectacular views plus many high-end features. Guest house has private entrance and we rent to only 1 group at a time so you have complete privacy!
The guest kitchen is located in the multi-use room. Multiple dining options are available including the great room's large dining table, counter-eating in the kitchen, patio dining, pond side table & chairs, and a picnic table at a beautiful view spot.
- Great room: comfy leather loveseats and big screen TV
- Multi-use room: sofa and club chair for viewing 2nd TV
- Kitchen: fully equipped including microwave, drip coffee maker, burr grinder, crock pot, blender, toaster, etc.
- Outdoor Grill: Weber BBQ kettle. Please supply your own briquettes and lighter.
- Dining (seats 6): also outdoor dining on patios, near pond, and picnic view spot
- Dishes & utensils: service for 8 including outdoor plasticware
- Dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker
- Pantry items: basic staples and paper goods
2 Bedrooms + Loft, 1.5 Bathrooms (sleeps up to 6 people)
The romantic master bedroom has many special features including a fireplace for ambience. There is a luxurious en-suite master bath and a half-bath off the hallway.
The multi-use room can be transformed into a 2nd bedroom courtesy of a room divider and a Murphy bed. Additional sleeping available on a futon in the loft, which is ideal for kids wanting their own hideaway.
Every room in the house is uncluttered with plenty of drawer/cabinet storage space for guests. The house is 1-story with no steps, 36” doorways, toilet grab bars and lever handles so is fairly handicapped accessible.
- Master bedroom: Cal King canopy bed with upgraded Serta iSeries mattress
- Multi-use/2nd bedroom: Murphy bed with Queen-sized standard mattress and room-divider curtain
- Loft: Full-sized futon sofabed
- Airbed: Queen-sized raised airbed can be setup in the greatroom upon request
- Master bath: toilet, double sinks, double shower faucets (rainhead and handheld), jetted deep soaking tub
- Half bath: toilet, sink
- Linens & towels
- Shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap and lotion provided
- Hair dryers in both bathrooms
- Alarm clock
- USB power charging stations bedside
Note: House is Non Smoking Only (designated outside smoking area with ashcan away from house)

- Portable radio MP3 CD stereo: with wireless bluetooth and iPod input
- Books, cards, and board games
- Cell service: Rural cell coverage best from AT&T and Verizon usually OK.
- Internet: WiFi at reasonably fast rural speeds.
Heating/Cooling and Other Amenities
- Air Conditioning: AC plus whole house fan and ceiling fans throughout for fresh air
- Heating: central heat and multiple fireplaces
- Fireplaces: wood-burning fireplace (great room), propane fireplace (master bedroom), outdoor propane fire table and fireplace, and outdoor wood-burning fire pit (only owners may light/manage this for guests)
